Corporate Outfitting · Amarillo, Texas

Custom embroidery and corporate outfitting — stitched in Amarillo, shipped in five business days, not five weeks.

Since 1978, Gould’s Clothing has outfitted working crews across the Great Plains with heavyweight canvas, denim, and felt that holds up to the job — then put your name on it with on-site chain-stitch and embroidery that ships in five business days. In 2023 alone, we custom-decorated and shipped 41,300 corporate and rodeo orders.

Capabilities

Four ways we put your name on the uniform.

Every decoration method runs on-site at our Amarillo flagship under nine master tailors — so your order never sits in a queue waiting for a subcontractor to pick it up.

01

On-site embroidery

Industrial single- and multi-head machines run daily in Amarillo. Up to 12,000 stitches per logo in polyester or rayon thread, color-matched to your brand standard. We hold the thread stock for the 38 hard-to-source ranch, utility, and rodeo palettes we decorate most often.

  • Up to 12-color logos
  • Left-chest, sleeve, back-yoke, and cap placements
  • Stock thread colors for utility & rodeo clients
02

Chain-stitch & contract hemming

The same chain-stitch hems you see on a 1972 snap-button western shirt — run on a row of vintage machines our master tailors maintain in-house. Custom hem lengths, sleeve roping, and pearl-snap plackets, no minimums.

03

Heat-press & reflective appliqué

For hi-vis and turnout applications where stitched decoration would compromise a flame-resistant panel, we run a separate heat-press line with FR-rated transfer stock and 3M Scotchlite reflective appliqué.

04

Custom kitting & crating

Sort-by-employee kitting, individual name labeling, poly-bagged and boxed to your issuing spec. We pre-kit by crew, lockbox, or shift for utilities and municipal clients — so the order arrives ready to hand out, not ready to sort.

Who we outfit

Who’s already wearing our stitch.

We hold standing accounts with ranches, co-ops, municipal departments, and rodeo committees across twelve states. If your crew wears a logo, we’ve probably outfitted one of your neighbors.

  1. Ranches & cattle operations Working ranch hands, brand inspectors, and sale-barn staff in heavyweight canvas shirts, denim jeans, and felt hats — including seven state cattlemen’s associations.
  2. Utilities & energy contractors Line crews, gas servicers, and wind-tech teams in FR-rated button-downs and insulated outerwear with reflective appliqué for low-light work.
  3. Fire, EMS & first response Volunteer and combination departments, search-and-rescue teams, and EMS squads who need turnout base layers and station wear that holds a stitched or heat-pressed mark.
  4. Rodeo committees & livestock associations Stock contractors, rodeo associations, and county fair boards — including the official outfitter contract for the 2023 PRCA Xtreme Bulls Tour.
How an order moves

From your inbox to your crew’s lockers in five business days.

Most of our corporate clients are surprised by how little back-and-forth an order takes. Here is the entire flow, from first email to delivery on your loading dock.

01

Send the spec

Email [email protected] with your garment list, logo file (AI, EPS, or DST), and a rough quantity per size. No formal PO required to start a quote — a one-line email is enough.

02

Receive the quote

Within one business day, our corporate team returns a per-garment price broken out by decoration method, plus a sample sew-out on the exact garment you specified — shipped to you for approval before production.

03

Approve & produce

Sign the digital approval, drop the PO, and the order moves to the floor. Average decoration time is two business days; ground and overnight shipping is scheduled to your zip.

04

Deliver & re-order

Orders over $99 ship free inside the continental U.S. Every garment is backed by our “If it fails on the job, we replace it” guarantee — honored on 99.2% of claims within 72 hours, no receipt required.

From the buyers

What our buyers say after the second reorder.

“We run 140 cowboys across three ranches and we were burning five weeks every season waiting on embroidered shirts from a vendor in Dallas. Gould’s turned the same order in six days — and the chain-stitch on the plackets is the best I’ve seen on a working shirt in twenty years. We have not placed an order anywhere else since.”
Dale Whitmire Ranch Manager, Tule Creek Cattle Co. · Third reorder, 2024
“Outfitting a forty-person volunteer fire department used to be a six-week project full of size exchanges and miscounted hem lengths. The Gould’s crew built us a per-member kit file, ships each new recruit’s set the day they finish the academy, and replaces any turnout base layer that delaminates — no questions, no paperwork. That is what a partnership looks like.”
